The Opportunity
Unyte Health is seeking a relentless and strategic professional to join our Sales team as a Senior Account Executive, Enterprise Healthcare. This role plays a key part in driving net-new logo acquisition and expanding Unyte's presence within large health systems, IDNs, and provider networks.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to signed contract — selling Unyte Listening Therapies into enterprise healthcare organizations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building pipelines from scratch, navigating complex multi-stakeholder deals, creating demand where none exists, and winning in environments others find difficult to crack.
What You Will Do
- Build your own pipeline from scratch while also inheriting existing pipeline
- Proactively identify, target, and penetrate large health systems and provider networks
- Hunt net-new enterprise opportunities (this role is focused on new logo acquisition, not inbound leads or renewals)
- Drive complex, multi-threaded deals across clinical, operational, financial, and IT stakeholders
- Sell at the executive level, engaging C-suite, Behavioral Health leaders, and innovation executives
- Create urgency in slow-moving systems and push deals forward despite competing priorities
- Own the entire sales process — from cold outreach to signed contract, including RFPs, POCs/pilots, and enterprise rollouts
- Land initial wins and expand into multi-site or system-wide deployments
- Partner cross-functionally to support deal progression and successful implementation
- Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and CRM hygiene
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently generating qualified enterprise pipeline
- Closing 6- and 7-figure deals
- Breaking into new health systems and provider networks
- Driving adoption across multiple departments or facilities
- Becoming a trusted advisor in behavioural health innovation
You Are a Great Candidate If You Have
- 5–10+ years of quota-carrying, enterprise sales experience
- Proven track record as a hunter (not just managing inbound or existing accounts)
- Experience closing complex healthcare deals into health systems, large provider groups, or IDNs
- SaaS / digital health sales background — you’ve sold technology and understand enterprise buying dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to navigate long (6–18 month) sales cycles and manage multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience closing $100K+ ACV deals (ideally much higher)
- Strong communication skills and confidence selling into clinical and executive audiences
- A relentless approach to pipeline generation and deal progression
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution focus

- Existing relationships within health systems, IDNs, or large provider groups
- Behavioral health experience (mental health, trauma, neuro, or related clinical domains)

Expected Annual Base Salary: CAD $150,000 – $175,000, plus variable compensation (OTE $275,000–$300,000).
